Enchanted PagesMagic Journal

Draft for review: this notice is a plain-language draft and is waiting for the founder's review. It may change before the journal opens.

Privacy, in plain words

Enchanted Pages is a journal. What you put in it is personal, so we keep what we collect small and we never sell it. This page explains what we keep, why, and how to have it deleted.

Last updated: 3 October 2026. Enchanted Pages is made by Viyeti.

What we collect

  • Your email address and password. Your email is how you sign in and how we send you codes and important account notes. Your password is stored by our sign-in service (Amazon Cognito) in a protected, scrambled form; we can never read it.
  • Your birth month and year, only to check your age. We ask when you sign up to make sure you are 13 or over. We use it for that check and do not keep it in your profile.
  • What you write and add. Your pages, stickers, photos and lists are stored so you can open them on your devices. They are private to you.
  • A few technical records. Like most websites, our servers keep short-lived logs (such as the time of a request and whether it worked) to keep the service safe and working. We do not use them to build a profile of you.

What we never do

  • No ads, and no selling or renting your information to anyone.
  • No third-party trackers, analytics or advertising cookies on this site.
  • We do not read your journal, except if you ask us to help with a problem, or if the law requires it.

Who helps us run it

The site and your data are hosted with Amazon Web Services in the United States. They store and process it for us, under contract, and may not use it for anything else.

Age: 13 and over

Enchanted Pages accounts are for people aged 13 and over. If you are under 13, please do not make an account; you are welcome to play with the demos, which need no account. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 13, we will delete it.

How long we keep things

We keep your account and your journal while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your journal and your account details. Backup copies and logs are cleared out on their own within 30 days.

Deleting your account, and your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time. To delete your account, email the founder from the address you signed up with and say "please delete my account". We will confirm when it is done.
